Returns & Refunds Policy
At Swift Engraving, we take great pride in the quality of our work. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalised to your specific requirements, our returns policy differs slightly from “off-the-shelf” retailers.
1. Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, items that are personalised, bespoke, or made to your specific specifications are exempt from the statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer require the item, or made a mistake during the ordering process (e.g., spelling errors or incorrect measurements provided by you).

Proofing: For personalised labels, we provide a proof for your approval. Once you have approved the proof, we cannot be held responsible for any errors that were present in that approved design.
2. Non-Personalised Items
For any “off-the-shelf” products (such as standard accessories or non-customised labels), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the specifications/proof agreed upon:

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

Contact us at sales@swift-engraving.co.uk with a description of the fault and, if possible, a photograph of the issue.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly engraved by us, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you. We will also cover any reasonable return postage costs.
4. How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email us at sales@swift-engraving.co.uk to notify us of the issue.

Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Proof of Postage: We recommend using a tracked service or obtaining a “Proof of Postage” certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 days.
